“Kudos to Dr. Dalton and her team at Dalton Dental. They have always provided me with stellar service, and based on my recent experience, I am even a bigger fan. Yesterday, Sunday, I broke the crown on my upper teeth, so I decided to email the office. Within 10 minutes, I got an email back from Dr. Dalton (on Sunday) saying it would be fine and they would work me in and take care of my problem. When I woke up this morning and turned on my phone, there was a message from the office manager giving me options for today. I was able to go at 10 am, and now all is good. Now that is good customer service.”
